Responsibilities
Deliver travel-focused L&D programs to RN staff across sites.
Track and report training progress using defined metrics and pipelines.
Assess learning needs and map to clinical competencies for mobility.
Facilitate on-site training sessions and hands-on skills labs.
Create and maintain instructional materials and curricula updates.
Provide coaching and feedback to nurses to improve performance.
Utilize data to identify gaps and prioritize initiatives by potential impact.
Collaborate with managers to align development plans with career path.
Coordinate travel logistics and ensure compliance with regulations.
Partner with clinical leadership to validate training relevance and outcomes.
Ensure high-visibility communications on training activities and results.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel restrictions and safety standards.
Experience/Qualifications
RN licensure with active state nursing license and travel eligibility.
Experience delivering L&D programs for clinical staff, preferably nurses.
Proficient in data reporting, metrics, and pipeline-based prioritization.
Travel flexibility to support multiple sites and manage logistics.
Ability to map learning needs to clinical competencies for mobility.
Strong track record in designing and updating curricula and materials.
Experience facilitating on-site training, skills labs, and coaching.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, travel restrictions, and safety standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain high-visibility program updates.
Collaborative mindset with clinical leadership and managers to align development plans.
