Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM

We are seeking a Receptionist to handle front desk operations, including answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, and performing clerical and data entry tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls; provide basic information and directions
  • Greet visitors and ensure adherence to confidentiality policies
  • Handle mail distribution and maintain office records
  • Perform data entry and general clerical duties
  • Support team operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; and 1 year of related experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and office equipment skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
