Automotive Detailer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team at Breaman Merrill Ford. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, polished, and prepared to the highest standards before reaching our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in Merrill, WI.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail vehicles inside and out, including washing, buffing, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Inspect vehicles for defects and report any damage or mechanical issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing work area.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to buff/polish vehicles
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
