Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2 years in professional sales; experience in home improvement or high-ticket retail environments is a significant plus.
• Closing Expertise: A confident "hard closer" who is comfortable negotiating and finalizing contracts during the initial visit.
• Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and a polished appearance are essential for building trust with our clientele.
