Job Description
Overture Home Care is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Admin Support Specialist to serve as a central support resource for our clients, families, caregivers, and internal teams. This role combines elements of customer service, scheduling, reception, and administrative support into one fast-paced position that plays a critical role in our daily operations.
This position is remote after successful completion of training, but candidates must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and be available to train in person at one of our local offices for a minimum of two months before transitioning to a remote work environment. The training will take place from 9am to 5pm, but the hours for the position itself are 6am to 2pm.

- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, caregivers, and community partners.
- Serve as the first point of contact for operational questions and concerns.
- Resolve routine issues independently whenever possible.
- Assist with caregiver scheduling, staffing open shifts, and schedule adjustments.
- Coordinate communication between clients, families, caregivers, and office staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication records.
- Support case management, recruiting, payroll, and leadership teams with administrative projects and daily operational tasks.
- Handle urgent scheduling situations and service disruptions with professionalism and urgency.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and documentation standards.
- Ad Hoc projects as assigned

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, scheduling, call center operations, healthcare, or home care preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning and utilizing multiple software platforms.
- Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to team goals.
- Home care or healthcare experience is a plus.
