LPN/LVN – Long-Term Care (Travel Assignment)
Location: Seward, Alaska

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced LPN/LVN for a travel assignment in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Alaska. Candidates must have previous travel experience and hold an active Alaska LPN/LVN license.

Assignment Details:

• Shift Options: 4x12 Variable or 3x12 Variable (Traveler's Choice)
• Day or Night shifts based on facility needs
• Contract Length: 13 or 26 weeks
• Patient Ratio: 1:20
• Minimum 1 year of LTC experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted

Required Qualifications:

• Active Alaska LPN/LVN License
• BLS Certification
• Previous Travel Experience
• Long-Term Care Experience
