• Full-time outpatient Family Practice opportunity in a collaborative community health setting

• Schedule options: 4x10s or 5x8s

• Gradual onboarding with ramp-up to approximately 18 patients/day

• Treat pediatric through geriatric patients

• Team-based environment focused on underserved populations

• $136,000 – $151,000 DOE
