The Lead BCBA assumes a pivotal role at Engaging Minds Autism Services, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in clinical oversight and supervision. Their responsibilities extend to providing essential leadership and guidance to Clinical staff members, thereby ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

We provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism and related developmental disorders. What You’ll Do:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide supervision and training to:
  • Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • RRBTs (Supervision Student)
  • BCBA/BCABAs
• Maintain and support a reduced caseload
  • Provide supervision to assigned clients
  • Conduct parent trainings/meetings
  • Complete oversight of program targets
  • Conduct assessments with new clients
  • Complete re-authorizations for assigned clients
  • Create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Create Transition Plans
  • Ensure high-quality data analysis and decision-making
  • Complete minimum billable hours

• Participate in and/or lead staff meetings
• Assist with client and family onboarding
• Uphold BACB standards and ethical, professional conduct

What We’re Looking For:

• BCBA Certification (Required)
• Indiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable
• Maintain clean criminal background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Dedication to upholding BACB Ethical Guidelines
• Ongoing participation in continuing education
