The Lead BCBA assumes a pivotal role at Engaging Minds Autism Services, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in clinical oversight and supervision. Their responsibilities extend to providing essential leadership and guidance to Clinical staff members, thereby ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

We provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism and related developmental disorders. What You’ll Do:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide supervision and training to:
- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- RRBTs (Supervision Student)
- BCBA/BCABAs
- Maintain and support a reduced caseload
- Provide supervision to assigned clients
- Conduct parent trainings/meetings
- Complete oversight of program targets
- Conduct assessments with new clients
- Complete re-authorizations for assigned clients
- Create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Create Transition Plans
- Ensure high-quality data analysis and decision-making
- Complete minimum billable hours
- Participate in and/or lead staff meetings
- Assist with client and family onboarding
- Uphold BACB standards and ethical, professional conduct
What We’re Looking For:
- BCBA Certification (Required)
- Indiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Maintain clean criminal background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Dedication to upholding BACB Ethical Guidelines
- Ongoing participation in continuing education
