Role Overview:
Streamline Urology is seeking a Medical Director to serve as the senior clinical leader of our organization. The Medical Director provides strategic clinical leadership, oversees all provider quality and practice standards, and partners with operational leadership to drive outcomes, program development, and clinical growth. This is a foundational leadership role in a growing specialty care company — ideal for a physician who wants to shape how urologic care is delivered in post-acute and community settings.
What You Will Do?
- Serve as the senior clinical authority for Streamline Urology, establishing and maintaining clinical standards, protocols, and care pathways
- Provide clinical oversight and supervisory structure for all physicians and APPs within the organization
- Partner with the COO and operational leadership on growth strategy, program development, payer contracting, and facility partnerships
- Lead clinical quality review, outcomes measurement, and patient safety initiatives
- Drive credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment strategies in collaboration with the Credentialing Coordinator
- Represent Streamline Urology in clinical, regulatory, and partner-facing settings
- Mentor and develop clinical team members; foster a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement
- Maintain all required licensure, DEA registration, board certification, and malpractice coverage
Required:
- MD or DO — Urology strongly preferred; Internal Medicine or Geriatrics with urology subspecialty focus considered
- Active, unrestricted Florida medical license
- Board Certified in applicable specialty
- Active DEA registration
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical director, medical director, or equivalent role
- Strong working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing, payer contracting, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred:
- Experience in SNF, post-acute, long-term care, or mobile/field-based care delivery models
- Experience building or scaling a clinical program in a startup or high-growth environment
- Existing relationships with SNF administrators, referring physicians, or senior care networks in Florida
