Industrial Hydraulics Maintenance Technician

As an Industrial Hydraulics Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the expert others call when production needs to keep moving. In our fast-paced manufacturing environment, you’ll work hands-on alongside a tight-knit maintenance team to keep equipment reliable and lines running.

A day in the life

• Start your shift by checking the maintenance queue and rolling out with your mobile tool cart or golf cart to answer calls anywhere in the facility.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, motor control, and mechanical issues—often under time pressure to protect uptime.
• Execute preventative maintenance (PM) tasks, then pivot quickly to support urgent breakdowns when needed—there’s no dedicated PM crew, so everyone steps up for both.
• Partner closely with senior technicians during onboarding and ongoing training to deepen your troubleshooting playbook.
• Team with production to get to root causes and return equipment to service safely and efficiently.

Where you’ll work

The environment is hot but relatively clean for manufacturing. You’ll be moving frequently, navigating the floor to reach equipment fast and safely.

What you’ll bring

• Strong mechanical maintenance experience with a proven ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems (required).
• Hands-on experience performing PMs.
• Your own set of tools.
• Consistency with overtime and a reliable attendance record.
• Comfort working in a hot industrial environment.
