Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Duration - 13 Weeks

Position Overview:
Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care in a Long-Term Care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting residents with activities of daily living, mobility assistance, hygiene care, and vital sign monitoring.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 Year of CNA Experience
• Active CNA Certification
• Long-Term Care Experience Preferred
• Strong patient care and communication skills

Patient Care Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ambulation and mobility
• Assist with feeding and hydration
• Perform bathing, grooming, oral care, and personal hygiene
• Provide perineal care and incontinence care
• Assist with turning, repositioning, and pressure injury prevention
• Change occupied and unoccupied linens
• Assist with showers and skin care
• Perform routine catheter care
• Collect urine and stool specimens
• Monitor and document intake and output
• Support residents with range-of-motion exercises
• Maintain NPO and fluid restriction protocols as directed

Clinical Skills Required:

• Vital Signs Monitoring

• Specimen Collection and Labeling
• Drain Output Measurement and Documentation
• Weight Measurement and Documentation

• PPE Usage
• Equipment Cleaning and Disinfection
• Safe Lifting and Body Mechanics
• Fall Prevention and Resident Safety Practices
