Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead and motivate team members to provide exceptional guest service.

  • Monitor labor costs, staffing levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
  • Maintain inventory levels.
  • Monitor restaurant cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance.
  • Prepare reports and communicate performance metrics to ownership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with scheduling, staffing, and labor management.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required qualifications:

  • 21+ years or older
  • At least associate's degree or higher
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Manager Certification
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
