Banquets Cook II - Full-time

Essential Job Functions:

• Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepares all food items for the daily menu and specials in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
• Reads and interprets abbreviations on food order tickets.
• Responsible for the correct food presentation of each plated item.
• Restocks items as needed throughout shift.
• Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
• Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of experience is preferred.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
