We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will assist with vehicle inventory processing, accounting support, and title/licensing documentation while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all dealership transactions.

Responsibilities

• Stock in used purchase vehicles
• Process dealer trades, including:
• Cutting checks
• Receipting checks
• Billing transactions
• Bill out wholesale deals and receipt payments
• Check in MSOs and vehicle titles
• Process tax forms and related documentation
• Handle intercompany transfers
• Maintain schedules and records
• Assist the License and Title Department as needed
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of paperwork
• Maintain organized and accurate dealership records

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic accounting and clerical knowledge
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with dealership management systems is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable with the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively
