Job Summary:
The operating room open heart (OR OH) position is located in Jackson, Michigan. The CVOR Technician performs a variety of technical duties to assist in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients in a cardiovascular surgery environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a Surgical Technologist; Current Surgical Technologist (ST) certification; BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA); at least 4 years of cardiovascular experience, including endovascular procedures; Graduate of a formal surgical technologist program.
- Preferred Qualifications: N/A
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
