Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) for a Level III Trauma Center, with experience in OR imaging and proficiency with O-arm and Cios Spin equipment required.
Details
- Level III Trauma Center hospital setting
- X-Ray unit supporting trauma activations, emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient services
- Procedures include routine, emergency, and trauma radiographic exams, OR imaging, and fluoroscopy under radiologist guidance
- Equipment includes O-arm and Cios Spin
- Documentation performed in EMR and PACS systems
- 4x10 night shifts, Monday through Thursday, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- On-call assignments required, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited radiology program required
- Proficiency with O-arm and Cios Spin equipment required
- Experience in OR imaging required
- 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Perform diagnostic radiographic exams per physician orders and established protocols
- Provide imaging support across trauma, ED, inpatient, and outpatient settings
- Perform and document basic fluoroscopy under radiologist guidance
- Maintain equipment functionality and report malfunctions promptly
- Facility conducts a mandatory drug screen upon arrival, which includes marijuana — a positive result will result in automatic cancellation with no exceptions; candidates should avoid all products that could produce a positive result, including CBD
- Candidates must reside more than 110 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
