Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Administer radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by a radiologist.
- Maintain accurate records of treatment given and patient condition.
- Stay up-to-date with treatment protocols and equipment instruction.
- Prepare equipment and ensure proper settings for each procedure.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure radiation protection measures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other team members to optimize patient care.
- Registered NMTCB and/or ARRT(N) certification.
- MRT license from Texas Medical Board.
- BLS Certification from HCA approved vendor.
- Experience with GE Scanners and Xeleris Post Processing.
- Excellent venipuncture skills and proficient computer skills.
- Experience with General, Cardiac, and Therapeutic NM procedures.
