Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with 2+ years of experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures, including STEMI and laser-assisted cases.
Details
- Hospital-based cardiac cath lab setting
- Procedures include diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, cardiac stent placement, laser-assisted procedures, temp pacemaker placement, STEMI scrub procedures, and IVUS/IFR/FFR
- Epic EMR experience required
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Approximately 10 call shifts per month, including 1-2 weekends of call per month
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of cardiac cath lab experience
- Current BLS and ARRT (R) certifications required; ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in diagnostic and interventional cath lab skills, including scrubbing, stent placement, temp pacemaker placement, and IVUS/IFR/FFR
- Epic EMR experience required
- License required if applicable
- Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
