Prime Staffing is seeking a travel Certified Surgical Technologist for a travel job in Louisville, Kentucky.

Cardiovascular Open Heart Recovery (CVR), (5 beds) provides immediate post-op cardiac recovery; CVICU (7 beds) delivers ongoing critical care for cardiac surgery patients. Prior critical care or open-heart experience is preferred.

Education:

Required Education:
One of the following is required:
• Completion of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Surgical Tech Program
• Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program in the United States Armed Forces


Required Certifications & Licensure:
-BLS

And one of the following is required:
-NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
-NCCT Tech in Surgery – Certified (TS‑C).

Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -One (1) year of experience as Scrub Tech or training. -Less than one (1) year experience. -Accepts responsibility for words, actions, attitude, and results while meeting deadlines and performance expectations. -Practices effective, clear, and respectful communications (both verbal and written) and demonstrates attentiveness through active listening and engaged body language. -Collaborates, respects, and cooperates with all co-workers, valuing differences and addressing concerns directly, while actively contributing to the vision and results of the team.
