Field Site Supervisor - Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Field Site Supervisor to oversee multiple commercial construction projects throughout the Northeast and surrounding regions. This role is responsible for managing project execution, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality standards, and promoting job site safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
• Resolve project issues and support successful project completion.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with excellent follow-through.
• Valid driver's license required.

Travel

• Up to 50% travel required.
• Projects are generally located within a two-hour radius of Albany, with occasional travel beyond that area as needed.
