Medical Device Tester II - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Medical Device Tester II to join their team. As a Medical Device Tester II, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, collaboration skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Medical Device Tester II

Location: Plano, TX (100% On-Site)

Duration: 6+ Month Contract

What's the Job?

• Perform manual, integration, and automated testing of medical device products
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product development and testing activities
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA
• Utilize hardware testing tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, DAQ systems) to support validation activities

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with manual, integration, and automated testing
• Proficiency with defect tracking tools such as JIRA
• Experience working in a regulated industry (medical device, automotive, defense, etc.)
