Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Responsibilities
- Assist Occupational Therapists with patient treatment plans and therapy interventions
- Help patients improve daily living skills and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to therapy teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy activities and goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and EMR records
Qualifications
- Active COTA license required
- Associate Degree from an accredited OTA program
- Experience in SNF, rehab, or senior care settings preferred but open to all backgrounds
- Strong communication and patient care skills, a TRUE interest in helping patients
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation based on experience, Roughly Starting at $25-$35/hr
