RN- Med-Surg - Full-Time | Days | Nights

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Manchester, TN and we are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Med Surg team.

This is an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with a supportive clinical team, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Schedule: Full-Time | Days | Nights

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate patient care in the medical-surgical setting
  
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and nursing leadership to ensure quality patient outcomes
  
• Safely administer medications following the five rights of medication administration
  
• Initiate, monitor, and discontinue IV therapy as needed
  

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
  
• Current Tennessee RN license
  
• Current BLS certification
  
• One year of hospital experience preferred
  
• Proficiency in interpreting EKGs, lab results, and clinical data
