Special Education Paraprofessional (Extended School Year)

About the Role:
HTF Staffing is seeking a dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional to support students in an Extended School Year (ESY) program. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping students with special needs succeed in a structured and supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students with disabilities in classroom and community-based activities.
• Assist teachers with implementing instructional plans, accommodations, and behavior support strategies.
• Support students with academic, social, communication, and daily living skills as needed.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote student success.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with students with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support students with varying academic, behavioral, and functional needs.

• Summer 2026 assignment.
• Monday–Thursday schedule.
• Includes additional paid preparation time before the program begins.
