Job Description
In partnership with the Program Director, the Assistant Director is responsible for the overall coordination, compliance, and quality of service delivery for the UC residential program, including residential services, records, and intake/case aide functions
This role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective staff management to support the safety, well-being, and timely service provision for all clients
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field from an accredited College/University
Master’s Degree in a relevant Behavioral Science field preferred
Plus Five (5) years of progressively responsible employment experience within a social services or childcare agency required. With at least three (3) of those years consisting of experience in child welfare administration or related program management settings (i.e., residential programs, group care, shelter settings)
Must have good communication skills – verbal and written and good organizational skills
Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record
Must be Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
