JOB SUMMARY
Hybrid Position: Top 100 Best Places to Work Los Angeles Business Journal since 2017. This position leads the organization’s employee growth and development through recruitment, onboarding, training, and policy development, with a strategic focus on culture, engagement, and organizational development. The role ensures effective and compliant HR practices that foster a cohesive and aligned workforce. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
CAN PROVIDE EXAMPLES OF PROVEN, SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING KEY AREAS:
Employee Relations & Workplace Investigations: Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations matters, conduct fair and thorough investigations, and guide disciplinary actions with sound judgment and discretion.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ownership of multi-state (and international) employment law compliance, audit readiness, and consistent application of HR policies in a growing organization.
Hands-On HR Operations: Strong track record executing day-to-day HR functions while supporting leadership with practical, timely guidance and solutions.
HR Systems & Data Integrity: Management of accurate HRIS data, compliance reporting, and HR documentation to support audits and informed decision-making.
Manager Coaching & Leadership Support: Effective partner to managers in performance management, accountability, and people leadership during periods of change and growth.
EXPERIENCE OR EXPOSURE TO:
SHRM CP or PHR Certification.
Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding across exempt and non-exempt roles.
Supporting 100+ employees across multi-states and UK workforces, including leave administration, wage and hour compliance, and employee classification.
Preparing for and responding to ISO, EcoVadis or similar regulatory or government audit/documentation requests.
Maintaining and Implementing HRIS platforms and reporting tools to track KPIs and improve HR operational efficiency.
Creating and supporting employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned with company values and organizational growth.
Managing HR vendors such as recruitment partners, system providers, and external consultants with accountability for performance and cost.
