Location: Temecula, CA (Onsite)
Payrate: $19.25/Hr
Shift: 5:00AM to 1:30PM or 6:00AM to 2:20PM

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Temecula, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 6 months of manufacturing experience who are comfortable working in a production environment and performing precision assembly tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience (medical device manufacturing experience is a plus)
• Comfortable working with microscopes for detailed inspection and assembly tasks
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and company policies
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Must pass a vision screening, including color vision testing

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to use hand tools and perform repetitive hand movements
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, crawl, climb, push, and pull as needed
• Strong visual acuity, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
