Shift Lead/Operator

Employment Solutions is hiring for our client for a hands-on Shift Leader opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing and leadership experience looking for a long-term, temp-to-hire role with growth potential.

• $20+/hour DOE

• Full-time
• Schedule varies between days and overnights
• Some start times can be as early as 4:00 AM
• Flexibility is required based on production needs

• Temp-to-Hire

• Supervise and support production employees during assigned shift
• Ensure all work meets customer specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Monitor production processes and workflow efficiency
• Coordinate daily scheduling and assignments with the Operations Manager
• Ensure production and maintenance records are accurate and up to date
• Perform routine inspections of completed work before shipment
• Maintain professional conduct and enforce workplace expectations
• Assist with production duties as needed
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing process improvement efforts

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience required
• Heat treating or metal finishing experience is a plus
• Machining or metalworking experience preferred
• Assembly and inspection experience helpful
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be reliable and have dependable transportation
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnights and early morning start times
