MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team at thriving 400-unit combined market rate apartment communities.

Responsibilities:
? Perform routine maintenance and repairs in a timely manner.
? Conduct inspections and identify areas for improvement or repair.
? Respond promptly to resident requests and inquiries.
? Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
? Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a well-maintained community.
? Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

Requirements:
? Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a multi-unit residential setting.
? Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
? Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
? Excellent communication and customer service skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
