Business Development Lead

At ESS, we supply beds and mattresses to summer camps, ministries, and employers across the country.

Our customers depend on us to help create safe and comfortable places for people to rest. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and helping customers deliver on that promise from first conversation through final delivery.

What You will Help Accomplish:

• Build customer relationships and drive sales opportunities from quote to close
• Represent the company, build meaningful connections, and generate new opportunities for growth
• Create a smooth customer experience through proactive communication and support
• Coordinate the movement of products between warehouses to ensure timely delivery
• Protect the business by ensuring import documentation and compliance requirements are met
