Cleaning Associate

The Cleaning Associate plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization across multiple facilities. Working as an individual contributor or within a small team, this position requires proficiency in various cleaning techniques and equipment management to ensure a hygienic environment. Assigned to day or night shifts, the associate also interacts with customers and collaborates with team members to meet organizational standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Perform surface cleaning and sanitization in all designated areas
• Dispose of trash according to safety and environmental guidelines
• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment properly
• Replenish stock of cleaning supplies and materials
• Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, and polishing
• Engage professionally with customers when necessary
• Adhere to safety compliance standards and protocols
• Manage inventory and report maintenance or supply needs
• Travel locally to multiple facilities as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning services
