Clinician / Group Facilitator – First Responder & Veteran Program
South Easton, MA | Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Available
The Rebuilding First Responders Program is continuing to expand, and we are actively seeking culturally competent clinicians and group facilitators to join our growing team in South Easton, Massachusetts.
This role is ideal for individuals who understand the first responder and/or military population beyond a textbook level - whether through direct lived experience, prior professional work within these communities, extensive clinical experience treating these populations, or military service.
We are specifically looking for clinicians and facilitators who:
- Are current or former first responders
- Are veterans of the United States military
- Have extensive experience working clinically with first responders, veterans, or trauma-exposed populations
- Understand the culture, identity, stressors, humor, communication style, and barriers to treatment within these populations
- Can build trust and rapport authentically
- Are comfortable facilitating dynamic, process-oriented groups
- Are passionate about trauma recovery, mental health, substance use recovery, and post-traumatic growth
Please note: applicants are not required to personally be first responders or veterans if they possess substantial clinical experience and cultural competency working with these populations.
This position may include:
- Group facilitation within our day and/or evening programming
- Individual therapy sessions
- Treatment planning and clinical collaboration
- Working alongside a highly specialized multidisciplinary team
- Opportunities for expanded leadership and program development responsibilities as the organization continues to grow
