CNA / PCA Caregiver – Immediate Opening (Suwanee, GA)
Summary
Halcyon Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable CNA or PCA caregivers to assist a client being discharged from Emory Johns Creek Hospital.
This is an immediate-start opportunity with multiple shifts available over a four-day period. Candidates may apply for one shift or multiple shifts.
Location and Time
Suwanee, GA (near Emory Johns Creek Hospital)
Available Shifts:
• Thursday: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM and/or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Friday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and/or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and/or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Sunday: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Observation and reporting of changes in condition
• Assist with mobility following knee replacement surgery
• Provide assistance with personal care assistance, including bathing and dressing
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation and hydration reminders
• Monitor safety and help reduce fall risk
• Communicate any concerns or changes in condition to the care team
Qualifications:
• Active CNA certification or PCA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, compassionate, and dependable
• Ability to pass background screening
• Previous home care experience preferred
