Warehouse Setup and Installation

This role is focused on assisting with warehouse setup and installation projects for new warehouse builds. As a part of a setup crew, the employee will work at a single warehouse location to assemble fixtures, measure and mark floors, install signage, and prepare work areas. The position involves using basic hand tools and equipment such as ladders and scissor lifts, supporting safe and efficient warehouse preparation.

This position has paid training provided and pays weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble shelving, racks, carts, tables, and fixtures
• Measure and mark floors accurately
• Install signs, stickers, and banners
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Prepare and clean work areas
• Utilize hand tools including tape measures, drills, screwdrivers, and Allen wrenches
• Operate ladders and scissor lifts safely when required
• Adhere to safety compliance standards on-site

Preferred Qualifications

• MUST be able to pass 10-Panel Drug Screen and Client-provided Background Check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in hand tool operation
• Knowledge of measuring techniques
• Understanding of safety practices
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks
• Attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills
