Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*

What You'll Be Doing as a Rebar Fabricator

• Cut, bend, thread, and assemble rebar to specifications
• Operate rebar fabrication equipment
• Read blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Handle, stage, bundle, and prepare materials for shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Assist with other production and warehouse tasks as needed

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Rebar, steel fabrication, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
• Experience operating rebar cutting, bending, or similar fabrication equipment preferred
• Ability to accurately measure materials and use basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work safely around machinery and steel products
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Forklift, crane, or material handling experience is a plus
• Background check and drug screening may be required
