Machine Operator

· Assist the Compounding Personnel and Automation Operators with movement of raw materials to the respective processes

· Safely operate the respective automation equipment to ensure rubber materials are compounded properly.

· Maintain machine area in an organized and clean manner.

· Ensures that the compound materials are loaded into automation silos per the standard operating procedures.

· Ensures that the materials are accurately weighed up and that all bags are labeled and stored in proper location.

· Cleaning of shop floors, equipment as assigned.

· Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

· Support and participate in the organization’s continual improvement initiatives. Follow NGC quality policy and procedures, helping to meet ISO 9001:2015 objectives.
