Data Entry Clerk – Food Manufacturing Facility

Location: Anaheim, CA
Shift: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Available | 3:00 AM and 1:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily production operations by maintaining accurate employee attendance records, entering production data, communicating with supervisors and managers, and ensuring information is accurately documented and distributed.

This position requires working in a cold food production environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in refrigerated temperatures throughout their shift.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately track and record daily employee attendance.
• Enter production, attendance, and operational data into company systems.
• Respond to and manage emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and production staff to support daily operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
• Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to production and workforce management.
• Support management in ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Qualifications

• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and data entry systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

• Cold food manufacturing facility.
• Employees are required to work in refrigerated production areas and must be comfortable with cold temperatures throughout the shift.
• Fast-paced production environment with frequent interaction between office and production personnel.

Schedule Requirements

• 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Available | 3:00 AM and 1:00 PM
• Weekends are required.
• Overtime is mandatory based on production needs.
• Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and available to work extended hours when needed.
