AeroSpace Inventory Clerk

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Aerospace Inventory Clerk to support inventory control and material management operations within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and issuing materials, and ensuring production teams have the materials needed to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, stock, and issue aerospace materials and components.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/MRP systems.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Verify materials against work orders, packing slips, and purchase orders.
• Process shipping and receiving transactions and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate material movement to support production schedules.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and warehouse organization.
• Follow aerospace quality, safety, and traceability requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory, warehouse, or aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
