This independent position involves sorting eggs accurately, packing them efficiently, and performing quality checks to maintain high standards. Responsibilities

• Sort eggs based on size, quality, and condition
• Pack eggs carefully into trays to prevent damage
• Perform thorough quality checks to identify and remove defective eggs
• Walk through poultry houses to ensure equipment functioning
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in packing or warehouse work
• Manual dexterity for handling eggs and packing materials
• Effective time management to meet packing targets
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members
• Awareness of safety standards and practices
