NOW HIRING: Experienced Machine Operators – Pittston, PA

Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for a stable opportunity with a growing manufacturing team? We are seeking reliable, safety-focused individuals with strong manufacturing experience to join our production team on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and product changeovers
• Handle and transport raw materials to production lines
• Load materials into machines and monitor production output
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Label, package, and box finished products according to specifications
• Perform shrink wrapping and palletizing of completed orders
• Complete production documentation and labeling requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
• Assist with troubleshooting minor machine issues as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience required
• Previous machine operating experience required
• Experience with machine setup and changeovers
• Experience handling raw materials in a production environment
• Experience with labeling, packaging, boxing, and shrink wrapping products
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout an entire shift
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience meeting production quotas and quality metrics
