Here's What You'd Do

As a Lawn maintenance crew member, you will provide landscape maintenance support to a variety of industrial, commercial, and/or public properties. Landscape maintenance support includes the safe operation of commercial grade landscaping equipment and upkeep of plant material and other landscaping elements.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the landscaping industry but not required.

We are Hiring for these positions below;

Job 1 Type (Crew Member) : Full-time/Seasonal (April - November)

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job 2 Type (Crew Lead) : Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job 3 Type (Landscaping Crew Lead)

Pay: $18.00- $25.00 per hour

2 weeks (if needed) of training at $15.00 then a conversation about what the pay will be going forward

All positions are available for year around work in the winter for snow removal services

Schedule:

• 8-12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Harrison, MI 48625: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 2 years (preferred not required)

Work Location: In person
