Fidelis Logistics is seeking a hands-on Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing and CHEP pallet repair operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is ideal for a strong floor leader who can drive production, coach teams, improve workflow, maintain safety standards, and effectively lead both English- and Spanish-speaking associates.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in manufacturing or production operations
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- OSHA and safety knowledge
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
- Microsoft Office and production system experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Flexibility during peak production periods
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach production teams
- Drive safety, quality, and production goals
- Monitor workflow and reduce bottlenecks
- Oversee CHEP pallet repair operations
- Track production performance and improvements
- Conduct coaching and corrective actions
- Coordinate materials and equipment needs
- Maintain operational and safety compliance
