Porter/Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities:

• Light Painting: Take on touch-ups and full unit repaints to keep everything looking fresh.
• Trash Duty: Keep the area tidy with regular trash pickups and assist in prepping vacant apartments for new residents.
• Power Washing: Refresh building exteriors and pool areas for a sparkling clean look.
• Pool Maintenance: Help keep our pool area neat by cleaning and organizing furniture.
• Janitorial Tasks: Maintain cleanliness inside and outside to create a welcoming environment.
• Lighting Duties: Replace bulbs along walkways and parking areas for safety and visibility.
• Resident Communication: Deliver important notices with a friendly approach to our residents.
• Team Support: Assist with various tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
