Janitorial/Sanitation Specialist

• Ability to work with sanitation chemicals in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Disinfect the inside of portable toilet.

· Keeping all Touch Points Wiped down, Clean and Sanitized using the eight fold method.

*****Touch Points include: Door handles, hand sanitizer dispensers and toilet paper holders

· Replace low toilet paper, urinal pads, paper towels, soaps, alcohol hand sanitizers and scent sprays

· Ensure all battery operated devices are in operational order. Replaces batteries if needed.

· Clean Flooring, Floor Mats and stairs which include: Sweeping and Mopping

· Picking up and throwing discarded items such as trash

· Emptying trash cans

· Clean, wipe trash cans, portable toilet walls, doors, counter tops, mirrors, stalls and toilets

· Remove graffiti

· Report all needed minor repairs to supervisor

· Conduct pre-trip/post trip inspections

· All other duties as presented
