Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
TLC Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient assignment in Crystal River, FL. This opportunity offers a balanced patient load, a supportive clinic environment, and the chance to work with a diverse orthopedic patient population. You'll enjoy providing individualized care while living in one of Florida's premier destinations for boating, fishing, and outdoor recreation.
Assignment Details- Outpatient Orthopedic Setting
- Approximately 10–14 Patients Per Day
- General Orthopedic and Musculoskeletal Caseload
- Monday–Friday Schedule
- 13-Week Assignment with Extension Potential
- Collaborative Team Environment
- Modern Therapy Equipment and Resources
- Perform evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat orthopedic, post-operative, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Active Florida Physical Therapist License or Eligibility
- Current BLS Certification
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
