Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Radiation Therapy Technologist in Joplin, Missouri. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering daily radiation treatments, including 3D, IMRT, VMAT, SRS, and SBRT, utilizing an Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator and Mosaiq R&V. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Joplin, Missouri
- Specialty: Radiation Therapist (RTT)
- Role: Radiology Technician in Oncology Unit
- Schedule: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 4:30, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certificates including Basic Life Support (BLS) and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-T), 2-3 years of related experience, experience with Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator and Mosaiq R&V, valid license to be brought on first day
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator with Mosaiq R&V, excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Additional Information: This role involves assisting with maintaining safe and efficient patient care during high-demand periods and summer team coverage through planned PTO. Experience with CT simulation is a plus but not required as this task is handled by another team member.
