Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Mammographer in Gunnison, Colorado. This Radiologic Technologist position involves performing mammography procedures and ensuring quality assurance standards are met. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology; minimum of three years of experience as a staff technologist with demonstrated patient care skills in mammography and mammography quality assurance; background to include American College of Radiology (ACR) accreditation and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements; current valid radiographic and mammography certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.); must be digital mammography qualified.
- Schedule: Four, 10-hour shifts with rotating Mondays and Fridays off, totaling 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: A Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check is required. Candidates should be aware that rural Gunnison does not have public transportation and must have access to reliable transportation.
