Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night-shift Emergency Department position at a 225-bed specialty care hospital in Marquette, MI, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and a valid MI RN license.
Details
- Work setting is a 225-bed specialty care hospital in Marquette, MI — the largest community in Michigan's Upper Peninsula
- Assignment is in the Emergency Department (ER)
- Shift hours are 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (nights)
- Every other weekend rotation required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active Michigan (MI) RN license required
- AHA certifications required (specific certifications to be confirmed)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- BSN preferred
- Candidate's permanent address must be 60 or more miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate
- SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- The hospital offers a wide range of specialty services including Heart & Vascular, Cancer Care, Brain & Spine, Rehab, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine, Women's Health, and Pediatrics
- Orientation is held bi-weekly
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates who are currently employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
