Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing care in home health settings preferred.
- Current, verifiable clinical experience treating patients with musculoskeletal and chronic conditions preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with patient education, functional mobility training, and discharge planning preferred.
- Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
