Property Maintenance Technician

Our client, a property management company is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Property team supporting Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have high rise experience, experience with centralized HVAC systems and working on multi-family apartment units which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $52,000 to $60,320 + commissions and bonus potential

 

What’s the Job?

 

• Handles all work orders and property maintenance duties
• Completing work orders in a timely fashion and following all maintenance processes and procedures
• Following a preventive maintenance program and performing routine preventive maintenance
• Overseeing work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Fixing plumbing and electrical problems

 

What’s Needed?

 

• Experience working on HVAC systems
• Experience working on domestic water systems
• Pool Operator-Co. will help obtain license if needed
• Technical understanding of building trades, such as plumbing, electric, flooring, roofing, carpentry and cleaning procedures/practices
• Certifications (such as HVAC) encouraged
